Get Hooked Seafoods accepts no liability for the Customer’s security breaches, unauthorised use of the Customer’s credit card, fraud, forgery or mistaken or unauthorised orders or payments.
Except as may be prescribed or implied by New South Wales law, Get Hooked Seafoods shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever
( including special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or damages for loss of profits, revenue, or loss of use ) arising out of or relating to or the information contained therein or the product it supplies whether such damages arise in contract, in tort, in equally, under statue at Law or otherwise.

Security Policy

Get Hooked Seafoods Pty Ltd, (herein after called GH Seafoods) uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions.
eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.

All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by GH Seafoods or any outside party.
• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
• eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
• eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Get Hooked Seafoods.

Order Pickup, Delivery & Shipping Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
Get Hooked Seafoods does not offer delivery. All orders are PICK-UP ONLY.

All online and pickup orders must show identification (eg Drivers Licence) of the person who has placed the order together with the Credit/Debit Card used for payment of the order.

Christmas and Easter Pre-Orders

• Christmas pre-orders:  Pick-up on 24th December between 7am and 6pm.
• Easter pre-orders:  Pick-up on Thursday before Good Friday between 9am and 6pm.

Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of the product, Get Hooked Seafoods can only offer a refund in limited circumstances.
If you believe that the product you have received is faulty or not as you ordered, you will need to provide us with the details within twelve hours of collecting the product. 
All refunds will be at the discretion of Get Hooked Seafoods and will be refunded back to your credit card, usually within seven business days.
Orders can not be cancelled online once they have been processed. If you wish to cancel an order please email your details to Get Hooked Seafoods can only cancel the order if it has not yet been prepared for sale.
